Key Responsibilities
:
Outbound Sales Outreach:
- Write and send compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages that effectively pitch our products/services, drive engagement, and generate responses.
- Conduct outbound cold calling to potential leads across the U.K. and Middle East markets to generate qualified meetings.
- Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to engage with prospects, build relationships, and identify potential leads.
- Personalize outreach to target specific customer pain points and industry needs, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and research target accounts within the U.K. and Middle East regions to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they are the right fit for our sales team to follow up with.
- Maintain a high level of activity, including making a set number of calls, sending emails, and engaging with prospects on LinkedIn.
Collaboration with Sales & Leadership Teams:
- Work closely with the on-site sales teams in the U.K. and the Middle East to align on market-specific strategies, goals, and lead generation efforts.
- Share insights from outreach efforts, helping to refine targeting and improve messaging.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and effective follow-up.
Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and outcomes.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including response rates, meetings booked, and lead quality.
- Continuously monitor progress toward sales targets and KPIs.

:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales role (experience in a B2B environment is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized, compelling cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and pitches.
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling and prospecting using various communication channels.
- Comfort with using LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to reaching sales targets.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new market dynamics—training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with sales teams in different time zones.
