Key Responsibilities
:
UI/UX Design Strategy & Research:
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, goals, and pain points through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Define clear user personas, user mental models and journey maps to guide design processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align user experience with business objectives.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
* User design guides.
* Story planning and design.
* Ensure enhanced UX while meeting accessibility standards.
* Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Visual & Interaction Design:
- Design visually appealing interfaces that align with the brand identity, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Work with design systems to create reusable components and ensure design cohesion.
- Focus on the usability of interactive elements, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.
User Testing & Feedback:
- Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and refine them based on feedback.
- Analyze user feedback and data analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance user satisfaction.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support in translating design specifications into code and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve designs and user experiences.

Requirements
:
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.
- Strong individual portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and other prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead a team of UI/UX designers, offering guidance, mentorship, and feedback to help them grow professionally.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and sharing of ideas across teams.
- Organise and manage design sprints, setting priorities and timelines to meet project goals.
- Ensure the team’s work aligns with the company’s vision, objectives, and standards.
